I am so glad that this book has such clear guidelines - it's exactly what I need! "Quick Exit Combinations" is a food combination chart with what I can eat at each meal and what not to combine it with - for example, raw veggies can go with any category but I shouldn't combine things in the categories together.
Starches/Fleshes/Nuts Seeds Dried Fruit/Fresh Fruit
So I can have cucumber with my toast, but I should not put nut butter or banana on it!
I'm looking forward to trying out this concept!!!
